They also require zero preparation, which is important because it makes it easier to incorporate them into the diet.

They’re found in cell membranes on your scalp and in the natural oils that keep your scalp and hairhydrated. While salmon is usually the superstar choice, Foy says mackerel, sardines and anchovies are even better.
